1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking any service from BABA TOURS AND TRAVEL ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Bookings & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and become confirmed only upon written or verbal acknowledgement from our office and, where applicable, receipt of advance payment. Tentative requests do not constitute a confirmed booking.

3. Payment Terms

An advance amount may be required to confirm certain bookings, particularly outstation, wedding or event services. The balance is payable before commencement of the journey unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, UPI, NEFT and approved cards.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation 48+ hours before pickup: full refund of advance, minus any non-recoverable charges.
  • Cancellation 24–48 hours before pickup: 50% of advance retained.
  • Cancellation under 24 hours or no-show: full advance forfeited.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Vehicle Allocation

We reserve the right to substitute the booked vehicle with an equivalent or upgraded model in cases of unforeseen mechanical issues, traffic emergencies or operational requirements, without prior notice.

6. Driver & Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave courteously. Consumption of alcohol, smoking, or carriage of illegal substances inside our vehicles is strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to terminate any trip in case of misconduct, without refund.

7. Toll, Parking & State Permits

All toll charges, parking fees, inter-state permits and applicable taxes are billed at actuals over and above the quoted fare unless explicitly stated as inclusive.

8. Waiting Charges & Extra Hours

Free waiting time at airports is 60 minutes from flight landing; thereafter waiting charges apply at standard rates. Extra hours and additional kilometres beyond the agreed package are billed at the prevailing per-hour and per-km rates.

9. Liability

The Company exercises every reasonable precaution for passenger safety and vehicle maintenance. However, we shall not be liable for any loss, delay, injury or damage arising from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, road closures, strikes, accidents or acts of God.

10. Personal Belongings

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. The Company is not responsible for items left behind in vehicles, though every reasonable effort will be made to return them.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
